TheXY-auto-alignmentprobesforNon-Contact/SoftTappingmodeapplicationwithaReflexcoatingextendtheplug-and-fitalignmentconceptoftheAlignmentChip(ALIGN)to150µmshortcantileversoptimizedfornon-contact/softtappingmodeapplications.Probeexchangewithatiprepositioningaccuracyofbetterthan±8µmispossIBLeforallprobesoftheXY-alignmentprobesseries–independentoftheircantileverlength.Thisseriesisadjustedtothetippositionofprobeswithacantileverlengthof225µm.

Asamatterofcourse,thefeaturesoftheprovenPointProbe®Plusseriessuchashighapplicationversatility,compatibilitywithmostcommercialSPMs,extremelylowandreproducibletiprADIusaswellasapreciselydefinedtipshapearemaintained.Theexcellenttipradiusandtheminimizedvariationintipshapeprovidemorereproducibleimagesandenhancedresolution.

NANOSENSORS™PPP-XYNCSTRAFMprobesaredesignedfornon-contactorsofttappingmodeimaging.Thecombinationofsoftcantileverandfairlyhighresonancefrequencyenablesstableandfastmeasurementswithreducedtip-sampleinteraction.Thisfeaturesignificantlyreducestipwearandsamplewearatthesametime.
