NANOSENSORS™PPP-NCSTRAFMprobesaredesignedfornon-contactorsofttappingmodeimaging.Thecombinationofsoftcantileverandfairlyhighresonancefrequencyenablesstableandfastmeasurementswithreducedtip-sampleinteraction.Thisfeaturesignificantlyreducestipwearandsamplewearatthesametime.
